Congratulations to these Haz Cats! The REACT Center had the honor of training and certifying members from U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground FD, 128th Air Refueling Wing FD, 190th Air Refueling Wing, 132nd Wing Emergency Services, City of Rice Lake FD and Ashland Fire Department. This hands-on course will allow members to respond safely and effectively to suspected incidents in their state and communities for incidents related to hazardous materials or domestic terrorism.
