This 40-hour Pro Board course is designed to train the student in the skills required for certification in Surface Water/Swiftwater Rescue. Students will receive advanced instruction in surface water/swiftwater rescue in both classroom and practical settings, including scenario-based instruction. Students that successfully complete the program of instruction and pass a written and hands on skills evaluation will receive national certification through The National Board on Fire Service Professional Qualifications (Pro Board).
Prerequisites & Other Information:
Must be a member of WI-TF1 to register.
Prior to registration confirm with your sponsoring department that you are eligible to attend.
